SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, team member will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, with an emphasis on order picking, and also shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and management systems, as well as proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and walkies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in order picking and shipping/receiving operations.
• Strong experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks is required
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols consistently.
• Strong Communication skills (oral and written)
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Perform work order of materials picking accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and walkies safely and effectively.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
