WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE | Job Description   The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment, takes pride in meeting the order fulfillment needs of our customers, and brings a sharp eye for accuracy and attention to detail. This is a flexible, part-time position offering 20–30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM window.   This position requires you to work onsite daily at our warehouse in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.   Essential Job Functions * Receive and stock inventory * Pick, pack & ship orders * General Inventory Management * Update custom fulfillment sites * Troubleshoot problems * Ensure product meets quality requirements * Operate forklift or pallet driver   Other Duties and Responsibilities * Inventory reconciliation * Housekeeping * Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead   Basic Qualifications * High School or equivalent diploma * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools * Must have high attention to detail * Must have excellent listening and communication skills * Must have a valid driver’s license * Safely operate powered industrial vehicles   Physical Requirements * Lift up to 49 pounds * Push utility carts up to 60 pounds * Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs * Work at a height of up to 40 feet * Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
