Join us to shape the heart of our mission-driven team.    PRIMARY FUNCTION: GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking an organized and highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain Team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for initiating, receiving, and processing purchase orders, pick-up inventory and supplies as necessary, pick, assemble & stage inventory for all company-wide projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, can work independently, is detail orientated, and experienced in inventory software and databases. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership of daily operations and can expand their responsibilities over time. This position plays a key part in keeping jobs running smoothly and on schedule.   REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR   PAY GRADE: $15.27 Hour - $20.20 Per Hour (DOE )   Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments. * Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs and deliveries. * Report damaged or missing inventory. * Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location. * Prepare orders by accurately pulling/staging products, packaging boxes, and preparing pallets for shipment. * Offload, receive and staging inventory for all GenPro profit centers. * Load customer product shipments and pick-ups. * Drive to/from multiple warehouses transferring inventory. * Assist with periodic inventory counts. * Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. * Adhere to all company and state health and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. * Perform housekeeping duties as needed to keep warehouse area clean and organized.  * Create, assemble, and manage all inventory kitting and manufacturer builds. * Assist in inventory cycle counts. * Assist in feeding and maintaining wood fired warehouse boiler. * Work as an active team player to complete team goals. * Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations, while taking ownership of routine warehouse functions. * Other duties, as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES: * Ability to work in all weather conditions, depending on job assignment and time of year. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Physically capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally lifting items over 100 lbs. with assistance. * Able to stand and walk for extended periods. * Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift, and stretch. * Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and ascend or descend stairs and ladders. * Capable of repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. SKILLS AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, particularly for inventory control. * Effective planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, including maintaining up-to-date task lists. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player. * Clear verbal communication skills with excellent listening abilities. * High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism. * Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 2 years of current or recent warehouse experience; logistics knowledge, helpful. * Seasoned driver with experience pulling a trailer.  * Current forklift experience required, certification preferred.  EDUCATION/LICENSES: * High School Diploma or equivalent.  * Valid Driver License with clean driving record.  Applicants being considered for hire must pass a background check and drug test before beginning work.
