JOB SUMMARY & KEY OBJECTIVES: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: INVENTORY, ORGANIZATION & DOCUMENTATION Maintain inventory for both Albert Lea and Grain, covering pallet racks, warehouse floor, outside lean to, reefer trailers, and van trailers. Ensure products are properly labeled and organized Print LAS stickers for raw, finished, and waste products Assist with cycle counts and report any discrepancies or inventory issues to the supervisor LOADING, UNLOADING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT Load and unload seed for customers using hand labor or forklifts from various vehicles, such as pick-up trucks, flatbeds, van trailers and bulk systems Help office staff with receiving Albert Lea trucks and processing customer returns PRODUCTION, SAMPLING & FACILITY SUPPORT Provide daily production support by assisting the Grain Facility Operator with filling, tying, and moving totes or bags Pull samples of raw, in-process, and finished product as needed Assist with clean-outs, general cleaning, and maintaining safe, organized warehouse and processing areas EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS Commitment to our purpose and core values Commitment to performing job duties in a safe manner and watching out for the safety of others Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
