Description JPMS Job Title: Warehouse Associate II, Shipping & Receiving Department: Distribution Center (320) Business Unit: TX DC – Shipping & Receiving Direct Manager Title: Supervisor, Freight Work Location: Wilmer, TX– onsite 5 days Will have Direct Reports: No Career Level: WH2 Travel Required: No If Travel Required, % of time: No FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Starting Rate: $18.60 About the Role JPMS Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate Lvl-2 with experience receiving, inventory order fulfillment, and equipment operation. Core Responsibilities: Use Radio Frequency Scan gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves at the warehouse. Receiving: Unloading trucks, receiving, and inbound audits. Put away: Move pallets of product to storage locations. Replenishment/Transport: Transport pallets of product to new locations within warehouse Inventory: Counting and confirming inventory, conducting inventory audits, and reporting discrepancies. Order fulfillment: Case Picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including e-commerce. Shipping: Load outbound products on to delivery vehicles. Ensure proper placement and securing items inside delivery vehicles. Create and attach necessary shipping documents to packages, including labels, invoices, and packing slips. Outbound Audit: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping. Equipment operation: Safely operating turret truck, reach truck, Standup forklifts, walkie riders, electric pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse machinery. View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or another database. Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and performing general cleanup and organization. Sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, wiping down forklifts and warehouse equipment. Health and safety: Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Perform Rework function as required. Requirements Required Skills: Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision are critical to avoid errors and discrepancies Organizational skills: The ability to organize and arrange products efficiently Communication: The ability to communicate effectively is critical in a warehouse setting Teamwork: As a warehouse specialist, you rarely work alone Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Physical ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Ability to operate Turret Trucks, Standup Fork Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and Walkie Riders. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred Experience: 1+ years warehouse experience required 3+ years’ warehouse experience preferred
