ASSOCIÉ ENTREPÔT II

L’associé Entrepôt II est responsable de la préparation des commandes (picking), de l’emballage, du rangement et de la gestion des stocks avec une supervision minimale à inexistante. Il/elle peut exécuter les fonctions quotidiennes de manière autonome.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and other job-related applications
• Previous ERP experience. PRO a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required. Bilingual (French) preferred
• Prior WH experience required
• HS/GED or 4+ years of WH experience required
• Ability to stoop, bend and lift 50lbs
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members
• Must be able to work independently and understand RC analysis for problem solving
  Working conditions are that of a standard distribution center; employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and high noise levels.

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of order fulfillment – direct to consumer/wholesale distributors/stock transfers
• Follows and adheres to order fulfillment and scanning guidelines, maintaining focus and accountability on movement of inventory through handheld scanner
• Shipment preparation - palletize, wrap, and band shipments as directed
• Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklift, order selectors and pallet jack
• Proactively communicate all issues related to products and orders to Distribution Center (DC) leadership
• Assist in meeting established KPI metrics as they apply to order fulfilment
• Assist in training of new associates and leads assigned projects
• Works as go-to or, back-up to other work or job functions within DC as needed
• Ensures all organizations safety rules and guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment for all warehouse associates by practicing CAYGO (clean as you go)
• Performs other warehouse duties, as assigned
