As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right products on time, inventory stays accurate, and operations run efficiently from receiving through final shipment. Requirements What You Will Do Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Pull parts for kits and properly label materials for production and shipping Read and interpret customer orders, shipping orders, work orders, and requisitions Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Organize inventory in racks, shelves, and bins for easy access and accuracy Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and documentation Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas Help improve operational efficiency through attention to detail and teamwork What Success Looks Like Orders are shipped accurately and on time Inventory is organized, labeled correctly, and easy to locate Receiving and shipping processes run smoothly with minimal errors Kits and pulled parts are completed accurately to support operations Warehouse areas remain safe, clean, and efficient Customers and internal teams can rely on your accuracy and urgency What We Are Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience required Forklift experience required Experience with picking, packing, scanning, and inventory handling Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently while supporting the team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Ability to read and communicate in English Reliable work ethic with strong attendance and accountability Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 70 pounds Ability to safely mount and dismount trucks and warehouse equipment
