Warehouse Associate

Reports to:
Warehouse Manager/Team Leads
You will be an integral part of the Warehouse team! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated individual who learns quickly and is able to work in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Related warehouse experience is required.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, be flexible and manage conflicting demands.
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Able to lift 20-70 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, reaching and climbing
• Demonstrate organizational, self-management and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 Year working in a warehouse/stockroom, Forklift certified helpful

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Work authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to eligible to work in the United States of America

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accountability when tasks are assigned, perform the duties required, and to be present for proper shifts in order to fulfill or further the goals of Jon Renau
• Represent and be open to open communications, solutions-oriented communication and feedback from peers and clients
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to Jon Renau Clients and all end consumers with a positive outlook and pleasant manner.
• Actively participate in Level 10 meetings to contribute positively to the team
• Follow proper safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment
• Pick and packing: Assembling customer orders by pulling from stock and relocating to a designated area, with scanners and picking sheet to maintain the customer experience
• Auditing customer orders against picking sheet and preparing the parcel for shipping.
• Inventory: Assisting in counting of physical inventory on a daily basis using RF Smart scanners, Netsuite to cross check stock and maintain accurate inventory.
• Always organize the warehouse and work area for cleanliness
• Monitor for errors on monthly basis to ensure accuracy & accountability
• Able to rotate between shipping and receiving roles when need be
• Performing other warehouse related duties, as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Team Leads
