EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.
• Experience in the Natural Health Products (NHP) industry is a strong asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Valid Forklift License and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
