Description Kalos Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. This role is critical to keeping our field teams equipped, safe, and ready to serve our customers. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, assisting with tool and material preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment. Compensation: $16 - $21 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday thru Friday day shift; start and end time will vary based upon season and workload. Overtime may be required as well as evening and weekend work with advance notice Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries and materials Pull and stage equipment and materials for upcoming jobs Track and maintain accurate inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard Assist in managing returns, repairs, and warranty items Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed) Support technicians and project managers with supply needs Help enforce material and tool check-out/check-in procedures The ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb and kneel with or without an accommodation Basic computer operation knowledge Ability to multitask Ability to prioritize tasks in or to maintain efficiency and productivity Requirements Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while ordering supplies and parts Willingness to take ownership and work independently Loading and Unloading Trucks Coordinating or completing scrap pickup as needed Ability to lift up to 50lbs. regularly and stand/walk for long periods A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Forklift experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person) Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of tools a plus Benefits: At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
