Kevins Worldwide, an Advertising Specialty/Promotional Products Distributor in Scranton, PA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate.  The Advertising Specialty/Promotional Products industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in today’s business world.   We are a very strong, growing, stable local company offering a professional work environment.     Essential Functions: •    Understand and follow directions from purchase orders/pick tickets.  •    Maintain quality control.  •    Receive merchandise - unload trucks, check merchandise for damage and verify freight bills.  •    Prepare orders for shipping.  •    Control inventory by conducting physical counts; investigate discrepancies.  •    Maintain safe and clean working environment.  •    Encourage a cooperative working relationship with fellow warehouse employees and other departments.    Personal Attributes: •    Attendance/Punctuality: On time for work and consistently in attendance at least 40 hours per week (excluding holidays and vacations).  •    Professionalism in communications and conduct.  •    Attention to detail and thoroughness.  •    Refrains from inappropriate behavior.  •    Gives 100% at all times.  •    Accuracy  •    Positive, Energetic and Flexible  •    Conscientious and Highly Focused   Other:                 Performs any other related duties as assigned.   Qualifications: •    Previous warehouse work experience.  •    Experience with Federal Express and UPS shipping. •    Team player with the ability to contribute to the future direction and growth of the company.  •    Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.  •    Displays a positive, committed influence on others. •    Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
