Description Kinsley Power Systems is growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate to add to our team! The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service by effectively and efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory as well as facilities duties as assigned. Kinsley Power Systems, a family-owned business, has been an industry leader in generator service, sales and rentals for over 55 years. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Prepare outbound freight shipments and arrange common carriers for pickup Stage and load customer pickups as necessary Ship via Parcel shipment (UPS/FEDEX) Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and report as necessary Communicate shipment transaction to internal and external customers to include tracking information at time of shipment Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory by part number, serial number, quantity, shipping info, etc. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse including an organization plan inside and outside Accurate and timely processing of required paperwork General housekeeping and facilities duties throughout the campus as required Ability to become certified and safely operate a fork lift Comply with safety guidelines per OSHA standards Provide front line interaction with customers and vendors seeking support within the warehouse Other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications: Holds a current, valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card as required for towing Must have experience utilizing computer programs such as Outlook High attention to detail and organizational skills Must possess integrity, a strong sense of urgency and drive for success Strong customer service focus with good verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high demand atmosphere with a focus on safety Proven team player; balances team and individual responsibilities Note: Essential functions are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements of this position, but are not intended to be comprehensive.
