Warehouse Associate - Pick & Pack

Shiporo is a fast-growing 3PL based in Laval. We handle fulfillment for e-commerce brands, mostly Shopify stores, scaling their operations across Canada. We're a small, hands-on team and we're looking for a Warehouse Associate to help keep orders moving out the door every day.This is a 30-40 hour/week role based at our Laval warehouse (2355 Mnt Masson, H7B 0A2, Laval, Québec). Weekday shifts typically between 9AM-5PM operating hours.

What you'll be doing:Picking and packing orders
Receiving inventory and putting away POs
Organizing inventory in the right locations, and setting up new ones when needed
Replenishing stock in bins, on shelves, and on pallets
Printing shipping labels
Handling carrier drop offs at the end of the day
Processing returns
Running cycle counts
Keeping the warehouse clean

What we're looking for:Reliable and punctual, someone we can count on every shift
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
Good attention to detail, comfortable using SOPs to work fast and accurately
Comfortable with basic computer use
A fast learner, open to feedback and figuring things out
Positive, roll your sleeves up attitude when things go wrong
Strong work ethic, genuinely enjoys the work and takes pride in it
Entrepreneurial mindset
Team player who enjoys working in a team
