JOB SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong work ethic that helps keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll play a vital role in making sure the right products get to the right people on time. With your attention to detail and commitment to organization, you will help support our mission of delivering high-quality educational and assistive products across the country.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Furniture Assembling experience preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).

Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; track and maintain inventory levels.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and quality checks.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe; manage the storage of products to maximize space and efficiency.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols; report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
  • Assembly Experience: Basic Furniture assembly experience is considered an asset.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Performing other tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support the overall operations of the company.
