THE POSITION: WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our fast-paced, customer-facing warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, communicates clearly, and brings a positive attitude to the job every day.

• Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Load, transport, and organize building materials
• Maintain inventory through stocking, ordering, and organizing
• Track and organize invoices and delivery slips
• Build customer orders using manual labour and forklift
• Receive and unload inventory
• Process returns and credits
• Perform quality control checks
  Note: This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting of 50+ lbs.
