Description MIDSCI is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate. This role includes working with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and regional logistics providers. Using handheld devices, lifting, picking and packing orders, receiving products, labeling and stocking, routine maintenance and occasional inventory. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn all aspects of the warehouse operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions accurately, and capable of working both independently and as a team. Adherence to company policies and a positive proactive attitude are required. Experience with barcoding systems and hand-held scanning devices is a plus. Possessing a class E drivers license would be a plus (back-up driver), but it is not required.

The associate is responsible for shipping and receiving tasks, including picking, packing, and stocking orders using handheld devices. They will coordinate with major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL while performing routine warehouse maintenance and inventory.
