• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse or stone distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (training/certification available).

Skills:

• Strong communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow instructions independently.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 100 lbs).
• Adaptability to changing conditions (weather, workload, etc.).
• Proficient with technology and inventory systems.

Other:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English proficiency required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who will play a key role in boosting operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position involves accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
• Organize and prioritize shipments (e.g., UPS, commercial carriers, job sites, will call).
• Assist in truck loading and inventory management.
• Receive and log shipments, verify packing lists, and track inventory discrepancies.
• Operate a forklift safely (training/certification provided if needed).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Process returns and document all relevant data accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and customers.
• Secure the facility and ensure proper equipment storage daily.
• Attend product knowledge meetings and follow all company procedures.
