Warehouse Associate is a versatile, entry-level position responsible for supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This role involves a mix of physical labor, production line assistance, and inventory organization. As a member of a growing startup, the Associate must be adaptable and willing to jump into various tasks as plant needs shift. Key Responsibilities Production Line Support: Assist in the operation of production machinery, monitor product quality on the line, and help with the assembly and packaging of finished goods. Materials Handling: Safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or manual lifting. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verifying packing slips. Inventory Assistance: Support the management of stock levels by counting inventory and alerting supervisors to low-supply items. Facility Maintenance: Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the plant meets safety and "Good Manufacturing Practice" (GMP) standards. Adaptability: Perform "other duties as assigned" to support the Plant Manager and the broader production team. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may include noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Ability to lift, move, or carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 8-10 hour shift. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use stairs as needed during the workday. Must have manual dexterity required for product assembly and packaging. May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or schedule flexibility based on operational needs. Skills & Qualifications Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance. Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively. Safety Mindset: Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Communication: Clear verbal communication skills to provide production updates and coordinate with the team.
