Description JOB SUMMARY: Perform multiple functions that may include receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packaging, maintaining cleanliness, organizing and assisting management. Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs warehouse operations as prescribed by the Shift Supervision Performs machine or process operations as required by Job Order Maintains accurate production status documents and logs Ensures personal and material safety during machine operations Perform cleanup and machine changeover operations as assigned Performs machine maintenance as assigned and or required Train and support new employees as assigned Perform various warehouse tasks assigned by Plant/Production Manager Primarily this job is on the Production Floor and requires individuals to be able to work in hot and cold weather. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Forklift experience a plus but will train to operate. Ability to write legibly EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Forklift experience preferred Good communication/writing skills Attention to detail-following direction given PHYSICAL DEMANDS: At times, this position may require individuals to constantly be on their feet. Should not have any lifting restrictions. They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse operations including receiving materials, picking and filling orders, and packaging. Responsible for machine operations, maintenance, and maintaining production logs on the production floor.
