This position is based at our largest distribution center in La Vergne, TN, where we manage the distribution of critical healthcare supplies. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products reach those who need them most, making a meaningful difference in the healthcare field. Job Summary Operate a stand-up cherry picker or order picker to transport products within the warehouse. Pick cases of products and stack them on pallets for customer orders. Follow safety protocols, work instructions, and maintain a clean work environment. Ensure accuracy and handle products with care. Requirements Experience operating a stand-up cherry picker or order picker. Ability to speak, read, and write simple English. Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily. Ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet. Must be at least 18 years of age. What’s in it for you? Starting pay is $22/hour, which includes a 2nd shift pay differential. Associates are also able to earn a performance bonus up to $5/hour based on productivity, quality, and attendance.
