OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Strong ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes or clamp trucks is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage order picking processes.
• Perform heavy lifting as required to move products from storage locations to packing areas.
• Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, clamp trucks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Build orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy in product selection and quantity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment in the warehouse distribution setting.
