Description

Description Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate for the overnight shift to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food handling. Requirements Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time. Receive, inspect, and store inventory following FIFO/FEFO procedures. Move products between the warehouse and production departments. Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions. Ensure products are properly labeled with barcodes, pallet tags, and allergen stickers. Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged products or discrepancies. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Follow all company safety, PPE, OSHA, and food safety policies. Work closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to meet daily goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of warehouse experience (food manufacturing preferred) or 2+ years of forklift/reach truck experience. Minimum 2 years of experience using RF scanning systems. Forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
