The Warehouse Associate – Picker plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by preparing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments with accuracy and care. This position ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping environment. Job Requirements Requirements Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace Preferred: Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment Ability to multitask and adapt during high-volume periods Dependable, team-oriented work style
