The Warehouse Associate (Picker) / Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment and safe product delivery. This position is responsible for picking, packing, staging, and loading orders, as well as safely operating a 26 ft. box truck for customer deliveries as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service. *Candidates with active DOT card and delivery experience are preferred* Responsibilities and Duties: Warehouse / Picking & Shipping Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup Pull and prepare outbound orders with accuracy and efficiency Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventory Load delivery trucks safely and according to route requirements Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Delivery Driver Duties Safely operate a 26 ft. box truck to deliver products to customers and job sites Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required signatures Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Provide friendly, professional service at each stop Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness Communicate delays, damages, or issues promptly Customer Service & Team Collaboration Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and courteous attitude Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers Report product shortages, damages, or discrepancies Support team members and assist in other warehouse areas as needed What We Offer Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Matching 401(k) and profit-sharing program Comprehensive benefits package with supplemental options Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave Christmas bonus, team-building events and company picnic Employee discount program Ready to be part of a team that values your contributions and helps customers build beautiful, functional spaces? Requirements Required Active DOT card High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass DOT physical after offer Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or delivery experience Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles Familiarity with plumbing, irrigation, or construction supplies Experience with RF scanners, GPS, or routing systems Forklift or pallet jack experience Customer-facing delivery or field service experience
