We have three production sites located on three different continents, ensuring a global presence, and providing our customers with reliable solutions.   Job Description:  As a Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing, and maintaining inventory, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and other equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of shipments. The Warehouse Associate will also collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse processes and maintain a safe and clean working environment.   Duties & Responsibilities: * Comply, count and keep record of quantity, type and value of all materials in the inventory. * Conduct monthly cycle count with the accounting and production department and verify it with the system. Investigate if counts differ from the system, report to the supervisor, and take necessary actions. * Unload incoming goods, verify and sign receiving documents and properly stored in correct locations.  * Assist with assembling crates/head assemblies for vessels orders * Pick, Pack and Ship Spare Part Orders. * Assist with loading of trucks and containers and organize shipping documents. * Have knowledge about hazardous chemicals, and MSDS. To maintain, organize and handle all hazardous waste for the company.    * Organizes preventive actions to ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace; confers with Supervisor in case of problems. * Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned   Qualifications: * Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, in a manufacturing industry.  * Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures * Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment * Attention to detail and ability to accurately inspect and record incoming and outgoing shipments * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Email, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint, Business Central and relevant software tools.   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
