Description R.A.S Logistics, a leader in final home delivery, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you have previous warehouse or logistics experience and are committed to safety and teamwork, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Receive and unload inventory using proper equipment (pallet jack, hand tools) Inspect orders prior to delivery to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction Stage delivery routes for drivers Process and maintain receiving and inventory paperwork Scan, pull, and prepare inventory for outbound loads Safely lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 10–100 lbs on a regular basis Requirements Requirements Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Ability to safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off/ Floating holidays Join R.A.S Logistics and be part of a company that values hard work, reliability, and delivering a great customer experience.
