The Warehouse Associate – Receiving supports warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring products are properly organized and available to support customer orders and branch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service. Requirements Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer or scanning tool proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Preferred: Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment Dependable, team-focused work style
