Description Warehouse Associate Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our operations team. We are a leader in the window and door replacement industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Schedule for this role: 7am - 3:30pm as designated by Logistics Supervisor What you'll be doing: Arrive to work on time in your RBA attire (RBA gear provided) Perform all tasks safely, maintain a safe and clean work environment Stage job material daily (accuracy matters!) Receive weekly freight loads Receive orders Monthly inventory checks Communicate with Logistics Supervisor on tasks to complete, materials taken, and materials needed Jobsite deliveries (fill out run logs and collect signatures) Wear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) necessary per task Inventory of spare tools and parts Organize and clean all areas of Warehouse Assist team members, including turning trucks when necessary Fill in for Night crew members on PTO (Paid Time Off) The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Who you are: Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must! Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials is a plus Customer service focus Forklift certified is preferred Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus Valid Driver License and clean driving record is required Able to drive a wide body box truck that is approximately 12' in height, with a GVWR of 16,000lbs Ability to pass a drug test and background check Requirements Physical Demands The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw) Lift and carry up to 70 pounds Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Use of personal protective equipment Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate will perform tasks such as staging job materials, receiving freight loads, and conducting monthly inventory checks. They will also assist team members and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
