Description Warehouse Associate Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our operations team. We are a leader in the window and door replacement industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Schedule for this role: Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm What you'll be doing: Perform staging, unloading, and driving responsibilities accurately and completely with minimal supervision. Accurately identify material, trim, and lumber using minimal references. DOT-certified RbA driver in good standing. Perform monthly inventory checks. Accurately completes KPA run logs and other warehouse forms. Able to use rForce to determine installation schedule and materials requirements. Receive weekly freight loads Jobsite deliveries (fill out run logs and collect signatures) Organize and clean all areas of Warehouse Assist team members, including turning trucks when necessary Fill in for Night crew members on PTO (Paid Time Off) Who you are: Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must! Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials is a plus Customer service focus Forklift certified is preferred Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus Valid Driver License and clean driving record is required Able to drive a wide body box truck that is approximately 12' in height, with a GVWR of 16,000lbs Ability to pass a drug test and background check Requirements Physical Demands The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw) Lift and carry up to 70 pounds Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Use of personal protective equipment Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate will perform staging, unloading, and driving responsibilities while accurately identifying materials and completing inventory checks. They will also assist team members and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
