Description Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our operations team. We are a leader in the window and door replacement industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Schedule for this role: Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. We offer a full range of benefits along with PTO, paid holidays and 401k with 4% employer match. What you'll be doing: Keep the warehouse organized; you'll be on the ground floor of establishing and organizing our new facility Safety oriented /adhere to OSHA regulations Unloading/loading installation trucks Work with vendors and suppliers Materials pickup Receiving orders Staging of construction materials for installation crews Maintain clean working areas Who you are: Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must! Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials is a plus Customer service focus Forklift certified is preferred Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus Valid Driver License and clean driving record is required Able to drive a wide body box truck that is approximately 12' in height, with a GVWR of 16,000lbs Ability to pass a drug test and background check Job Requirements: A valid Driver's License and insurable driving record Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite Good communication skills Positive, energetic attitude Good time management and organization skills Ability to drive a large box truck Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours Physical Demands The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw) Lift and carry up to 70 pounds Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Use of personal protective equipment Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours Requirements Physical Demands The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw) Lift and carry up to 70 pounds Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Use of personal protective equipment Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and adhering to safety regulations. This includes unloading and loading installation trucks, staging construction materials, and maintaining clean working areas.
