What We Offer Base hourly pay ($18-$20/hr) Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Voluntary Insurance 401K plan with company match Paid holidays and vacation days Advancement opportunities to grow within the company About the Role In this position, you will: Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift to place products and materials in proper place Load and log materials onto truck and makes notation of returned materials Prepare jobs and materials for all crews Clean trucks (both inside and out) Deliver material/transporting employees to job sites Other duties as assigned Key Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License Minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse experience Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Must know safe warehouse practices Must be willing to deliver product between offices on daily basis Forklift experience required Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus About Renuity Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
