Warehouse Associate   We are looking to fill an immediate position for a Warehouseman to primarily manage the shipping and receiving solar panel from our customers.  We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who is interested in growing their knowledge and takes pride in their output. The ability to consciously improve daily processes and effectiveness is a must. Resourcefulness and the ability to take direction and work with and without direct supervision is key.   .         Manage shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in shipments (solar panels, components, etc) ·         Maintain proper operation (safety and maintenance) of Scissor lift and Fork lift (perform daily, weekly and monthly checks) .         Open crates, unpack pallets, and other containers ·         Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving ·         Proactively work with managers and production to prepare and ship out completed projects and internal project shipments ·         Maintain safe and clean work environment. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times ·         Maintain organization of pallets and crates in back lot. Dispose of unusable pallets and crates ·         Maintain cleanliness of back cage area. ·         Maintain proper operation and cleanliness of Cooling tower area (lubrication, upkeep, monthly / weekly preventative maintenance)            Lifting and handling solar modules up to 50-60 lbs ·         Perform monthly testing and cleanliness of RO water system. ·         Support Operations Dept. as needed   Qualifications and skills -high school graduate -some college preferred -experience in test laboratory atmosphere preferred with mechanical or  electrical background   -computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and other desktop    Applications   - good organization skills, attention to detail and good oral communication skills  
Responsibilities
Manage the shipping and receiving of solar panels and components, including unloading trucks and maintaining accurate records. Ensure the safety and maintenance of warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
