A confidential government-supporting manufacturer is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support secure warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for pulling and staging materials, recording product movement with scanning equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory within a controlled facility. This position requires strict adherence to security, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick, pull, and stage materials for production based on work orders and pick tickets. Record all inventory movement using barcode scanners and computer systems. Maintain accurate inventory control and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories. Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. Report discrepancies or inventory issues to warehouse leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support the team. Required Qualifications VantageClear Certification or equivalent Secret-level security clearance (required). High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Experience operating a forklift or reach truck. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must pass background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse or material-handling experience. Experience working in a government, defense, or controlled-inventory environment.
