POSITION SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Associate at Rocketline, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse by ensuring efficient picking, receiving, put-away, and shipping of goods. This role requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Various housekeeping tasks are also critical to the position, this includes and not limited to, removing garbage, maintaining walkways from snow and ice and sweeping the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous warehouse experience preferred, ideally in a distribution or logistics setting
· Ability to operate RF scanners and basic understanding of WMS systems (NetSuite experience an asset)
· MHE (Material Handling Equipment) for Counterbalance Certification is required. Licence must be valid.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures

· Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and NetSuite’s WMS module
· Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
· Perform put-away tasks
· Assist in loading and off-loading delivery trucks as required
· Conduct cycle counts and support regular inventory audits
· Follow warehouse waving schedule to prioritize order picking
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
· Assist with consolidation of pallets, bin counting, and general upkeep of the warehouse
· Adhere to all company SOPs and work instructions delivered by the Warehouse Manager, Lead Hand or other members of the Management team.
