Description Second Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm General Duties and Responsibilities Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the TIG warehouse lead and supervisor. Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping. Execute Inventory cycle counts. Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. Order packing, consolidation, and order verifications. Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Requirements Requirements High school diploma Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Experience and competence with computers, RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment. Competencies/Skills Assertive and clear written and oral communication. Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve. Ability to work independently and team-orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside of TIG.
