The Warehouse Associate – Shipping plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by preparing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments with accuracy and care. This position ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping environment. Requirements Required: · Ability to work scheduled hours at 6:30am to 3:00pm · High school diploma, GED, or equivalent · Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role · Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds · Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency · Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace Preferred: · Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments · Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems · Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment · Ability to multitask and adapt during high-volume periods · Dependable, team-oriented work style
