OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in the bike industry or bike shop experience is preferable.

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on order fulfillment and shipping/receiving processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packaging.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 30 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills who can collaborate well with others.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

• Perform order picking and packing with precision to ensure accuracy in shipments.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Fabricate packaging materials to secure items for shipping.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the warehouse management system.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Assist customers with questions and respond to information requests via email or phone calls
