From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM – 06:30PM or 06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) on a 2 – 2 – 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.) 401K match up to 7% annually. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and time-management skills. Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand. Must occasionally life and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more. Able to manage a high-stress environment. From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred 6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred. Specialized Knowledge Experience with RAF and SAP preferred Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
