POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations of our warehouse. This role will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, coordinating warehouse organization, and leading the restocking of customer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid Ontario G class driver’s license with clean driving record (required for VMI restocking and deliveries).
  • Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory or consignment programs is an asset.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely while walking, including climbing stairs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all activities.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate Vendor Managed Inventory restocking at customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Track and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate product flow and meet customer expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement in warehouse operations and inventory control.
