Description GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and handling materials to support production operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pick and stage materials for production orders in a timely and accurate manner Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments, including drop ship products Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory through proper tracking and system updates Verify product quantities and report discrepancies SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cycle counts as assigned to support inventory accuracy Complete put-away of received materials in designated storage locations Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S standards) Support other departments and cross-train in additional areas as needed Requirements QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: Forklift experience. One year of warehouse experience preferred. Basic understanding of 5S KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, UPS shipping/tracking systems) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions Strong attention to detail with solid reading comprehension skills Effective communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm | $17 - $19 per hour | on-site in Conklin, NY
