TimberTown Building Centre Ltd. Canmore is currently seeking a Lumber and Building Supply Warehouse Associate.
· Starting $21.50 min. per hour with a 3 month review.
· 40hr work week Monday to Friday
· No Sundays, nights or Stat holidays required.
· Two weeks vacation, increasing to three weeks in year three.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School education or equivalent
· Customer service oriented
· Ability to work year round, outside in all conditions
· Maintain a safe work environment
· Able to perform physical work with medium and heavy lifting
· Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently or with a team
· Driven with the ability to take initiative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting all customers in the yard/warehouse with their needs while maintaining a safe, clean and organized environment. The candidate must be a team player, and be able to quickly adapt & work effectively in a high paced retail work environment.

DUTIES:

· Provide customers with assistance loading their lumber and building material purchases, safely and efficiently
· Pick and check orders for accuracy
· Shipping and receiving duties as required including off loading trucks, culling lumber, cleaning, organizing & maintaining a safe work environment for employees and customers
