As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in managing materials that support the production of life-changing therapies. From receiving and inspecting shipments to maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production, your attention to detail helps ensure quality and efficiency across our operations. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments and verify materials against documentation. Store materials in designated areas and maintain organized, accurate inventory records. Sample raw materials for QC testing and complete analytical reports. Dispense raw materials and reagents to Production in a timely manner. Support product shipping and returns, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and documentation in all activities. What We’re Looking For Associate Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field). 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience. Basic computer skills (MS Office); ERP or inventory software experience a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable team player. Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and working in a GMP or controlled environment. Why PolyPeptide?
