Description Weimer Bearing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our growing Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire location. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in quality work, and values a safe, organized workplace. About Weimer Bearing: Our growing company produces and distributes high tech electro/mechanical systems to major manufacturing and maintenance companies in a variety of industries. Weimer Bearing & Transmission is a privately held, progressive, stable and successful company. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with hours of 7:00am-4:00pm. Responsibilities Shipping and receiving of products and materials Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders Light mechanical assembly Processing customer returns Inventory counting, stocking, and cycle counts Local deliveries to customers as needed Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness Assisting with special warehouse projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ years warehouse experience Valid driver's license with a good driving record Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the workday What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
