  Warehouse Associate Any Breakers | Warehouse Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 9740 Jordan Circle, Santa Fe Springs CA 90670   The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.   Key Responsibilities • Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required • Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment • Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency • Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment • Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned   Qualifications • Detail oriented • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Ability to work accurately and effectively under deadlines   Education & Experience • High School Diploma or GED required • Warehouse experience preferred • Forklift experience is a plus   Physical Demands • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling • Frequent walking • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion • Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance   Compensation The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
