Willow Park Wines & Spirits has been providing Albertans with wine, beer, and spirits for over 31 years. In addition to retail, we have the largest commercial liquor business in the industry, stocking the best bars and restaurants throughout the province.
We are looking for a Commercial Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Calgary Distribution Center. We value accuracy and speed so we are in search of people who can pay careful attention to the job, follow instructions precisely, and double-check their work before completing a task. We need an ambitious and hardworking professional who is capable of lifting wine cases above shoulder height (25 lbs.) and moving kegs (150 lbs.), and who can work an entire shift on their feet. The Commercial Warehouse Associate will be in an essential position to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring orders are picked and stock is put away in a timely and accurate manner.   • Open availability Monday to Saturday as per business needs
  • Experience and/or certification on Forklift, Reach Truck, and Power Jack is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Performs all aspects of the day-to-day functions including, picking, checking, packaging, and staging the orders in scheduled sequence provided by management.
  • Accurately putting away incoming inventory to their appropriate bins.
  • Observing and reporting defective, missing, or lost products to management.
  • Assist with inventory counts.
  • Maintaining a clean safe workspace by cleaning general debris as you work and reporting observed safety hazards to management or supervisor.
  • Thinking on your feet and able to problem solve any issues as they arise.
  • The ability to know when to seek guidance and take direction.
  • Team player and willing to assist in all areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • May be required to assist with deliveries on an occasional basis.
  • Other duties as required.
