Zilli Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate to support our catering and event operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for preparing, loading, transporting, and managing event equipment. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy physical, team-based work with variety, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing events team. Key Responsibilities Pull and pack event equipment accurately from detailed lists Load and unload catering trucks safely and efficiently Verify all equipment before event departures to ensure nothing is missed Assist with deliveries and event setup/breakdown as needed Wash, inspect, and restock equipment after events Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Good communication skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred (box truck driving a plus) Schedule Part-time; hours vary based on event schedule Must be available for early mornings, late nights, and weekends Flexibility required Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, push, and pull throughout shifts Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Why Join Zilli Hospitality Group?
