Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company with the goal of providing steady jobs to hard-working individuals. We are currently looking for hard workers in BRAINTREE, MA to perform general warehouse duties such as: unloading trucks, sorting products, and stacking and wrapping pallets. You’ll need to be able to think quickly on your feet, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This is a direct-hire, full-time position (40 hours a week) with benefits after 30 days. Shift: 5 days per week, 7 am-3:30 pm The site is operating 7 days per week- you will not be expected to work all 7 days, YOU WILL HAVE A 5- Days WORK WEEK, 2 DAYS OFF. Days off are to be determined. Pay rate: $17.50/hr (weekly pay) Benefits: Health Insurance- after 90 days PTO- (starts accruing from day 1, can not be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand pay Description: Sorting retail products Unloading trucks/containers Stacking pallets Wrapping pallets Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Drug-free work environment Attention to detail is a must Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently Must have a positive attitude Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as assigned Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, and lift
