Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals for our Selma, TX, location, with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred, but not needed. Willing to train. Apply today!! Unloading and palletizing merchandise Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned Weekly pay $17.00/hr / Part Time Benefits: Health Insurance- after 30 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay Requirements Must undergo a background check Must be able to pass a drug test Must possess basic reading and math skills Must have an eye for detail Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl Must perform other duties as assigned Must have reliable transportation
