QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Education: High school Graduate, Holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/ experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer skills.
  • Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, push, pull and reach overhead
  • Can sit or stand for extended periods of time. Capable of repetitive use of arms, hand and fingers
  • Ability to lift workloads up to 75 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to be cleared for entrance into government facilities
  • Drug Testing and Background check required.

Responsibilities

To be considered, all candidates must be able to:

  • Collect merchandise from the distribution center and safely transport material to the shipping bay.
  • Receive and document merchandise for delivery and return.
  • Assist and maintain inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
  • Help ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
  • Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
  • Scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally and ethically with the internal departments and external vendors.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with the team, customer, vendors, etc. and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Promote a positive company image through professional business relationships.
  • Learn to identify and understand tools and materials used in the trade.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
