JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Warehouse Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Suffolk, UK. This role is responsible for providing hardware and software support in daily warehouse operations, including troubleshooting system errors related to order processing and task execution, as well as resolving basic issues with computers, network equipment, and AGV robots. No programming skills are required, but strong problem-solving skills in a warehousing context and basic IT knowledge are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate basic information in Chinese.
  • Prior experience in warehouse IT support or a technical role is preferred.
  • Basic maintenance skills for hardware such as computers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the technical needs of a warehouse environment.
  • No programming skills required, but an interest in and patience with technical issues is essential.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

  • Provide first-level technical support for computers, network connectivity, and related devices.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of AGV robots (e.g., rebooting, checking connections).
  • Collaborate with the headquarters team to report and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment operates smoothly, minimizing downtime.
  • Document technical issues and maintain updated records.
